…that selling a cruise is relatively easy.

The tough bit is selling the cruise that is right for the individual. This is why we place such importance on the personal touch, and in knowing our customers as people rather than just clients.

…in ‘taking it personally’.

Unsurprisingly therefore we only evaluate our staff by the quality of their personal service, (and so for example we measure them by client satisfaction, not by number of sales or calls handled).

…in honesty and integrity.

Our promise is that our advice is not only expert but also completely impartial - we would rather lose business than send a client on a holiday that we thought was wrong for them.

…that we don’t really sell cruises.

Whilst selling a cruise holiday may be our ultimate goal, what we actually sell is our in-depth knowledge and our commitment to customer service. This is why our clients stay with us for so long, and recommend us as they do, and therefore forms the foundations of the Company’s business success.

…that the purchasing experience should reflect the cruise experience.

At the luxury end, the key client requirement is to deliver an easy and superior purchasing experience rather than merely the lowest unit price. Mundy Cruising will therefore never be volume-led, but rather it will always be led by the needs of its customers.
